The night before Thanksgiving Bryan and Kennedy decided to make up a bunch of venison patties. This was the first time we've done this ahead of time and made nice premade packs for the freezer. We had like 20lbs of venison and it went much easier and faster than I anticipated. Must be those extra helpful Kennedy hands. She really did a great job on the patty press.
I thought it was cute that she sported a hat for this. (all on her own doing)
She said that's what all cooker's wear. :)
Kolter was supervising and of course watching his fave Big Green Tractor video on You Tube.
Kooper must have been playing because he didn't make it in one of the many pics I took.
Over all the patty making process was great fun.
I'm excited to be able to just grab and thaw the next time we grill up burgers.
