18 Months!

Our sweet little honey boy hit the 18 month mark on Thursday. It's nuts that our baby is a year in and a half already. We ventured to the doctor's on Wed. for his 18 month well child appointment and he checked out at 25lbs.7oz (40th percentile) and was 33 1/2 inches tall. (80th percentile)
What's kind of funny is that we never really thought he was tall for this age, but thought he was more on the stocky side. Just goes to show we were wrong and he's actually taller and leaner.. not by much, percentile wise, but still. Kolt is such a joy and just so much fun! He blesses our life daily with his smiles, sweetness and curiosity. He's constantly trying to keep up with his brother and sister and is very independent these days. The word mine finally developed in vocabulary. Not too much of a surprise as he hears his brother and sister spout it out daily. He says a variety of other words including sissy, Ella, and Ooper. (short for Kooper) He loves to dance and sing and really enjoys eating. He's the best eater out of the three and will pretty much devour whatever you put in front of him. We're enjoying every minute with him and are constantly entertained by him as well as the other two. Having three kids in three years never leaves you bored, that's for sure. Happy 18 months, sweet boy. We love you so very much.

Such a little sweetie!!

That's funny, isn't he shorter than Ellie? She only measured 32.5 or 33, not sure. She was 23lbs 8oz. :)

He's such a handsome little guy!

I absolutly loved spending one on one time with him on Saturday - he is such a sweet boy and when he smiles, it just warms my heart. He is a great cousin for Ella to look up to! Jill

I guess I never compared them back to back. I think he was all the up on the table to, so I'm assuming an accurate measurement. Could be off, I guess. We'll have to compare them next time we're together.

Kolter had fun my your house, too. I asked him and he shoock his head yes. I love it them me can do that these days. Makes knowing what he wants or likes much easier. Thanks again for watching our sweet boy.
