Since winter seems to give the kids cabin fever we try to venture outside on days when it's not bitterly cold. The kids love running in the snow, sledding down the small hill on the side of our house, and having daddy pull them fast in the sled. I like the fact that time spent outdoors seems to rid them of pent up energy and typically makes them sleep like rocks come bedtime.
